Sydney Rose Louise Lenihan comes home to Croagh Co.Limerick where she met family and friends at Croagh School of Music.

SYDNEY ROSE – LOUISE LENIHAN
Louise works as a television scheduler for the Aurora Community TV Channel after graduating from Macquarie University with a degree in Media (Visual Production), and ultimately would like to work as a feature film writer/producer. She has already worked on fifteen short films, some of them award winning, and is in the process of applying for funding for a feature film. She is a qualified Irish dancing teacher, and has been a member of the Jan Currie School of Irish Dancing and the Penrith Gaels Cultural & Sporting Association for over twenty years, competing all over the world and in two World Championships. Louise has danced at many charitable and community events, on live television and in front of Mary McAleese, Bertie Ahern and Paul Keating. She has been awarded the Macquarie University Innovation Scholarship, is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and received first prize in the nationwide Australian Schools English Competition. Louise was born in Croagh, Co Limerick and moved to Sydney when she was a year old, with her father who is from Co Limerick and her mother who is from Co Meath
